QUOTE POLICY

Dates and price quotes are held from the date of the quote or consultation until 14 business days thereafter.
If we do not receive a minimum of a 50% deposit within 14 days, your date and quote may become unavailable.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require a a 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering to reserve your date and time. Orders will only be set to our delivery schedule once confirmed and fully paid.

Payments may be mailed by cheque or paid by electronic debit transfer (e-transfer) or credit card. Cash payments will only be accepted if an in-person consultation is set prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposits required to place an order are non-refundable.

Cancellations within a 7-day notice are not required to be fully paid. Any order canceled within less than a 7-day notice are required to be fully paid and are non-refundable.

DESIGN CHANGE POLICY

Minor changes may be made up to 7 days prior to event date.
Major changes in any order require at least a 14-day advance notice.

PROPS & RENTAL POLICY
Rented items should be returned within 5 days of event's date (in case they were missing during our takedown timeframe). Clients will be responsible to deliver these at one of our locations. Any additional day will be charged per [rental] day. Missing or damaged items will be charged for replacement.

SET UP POLICY

BALLÖOM is not responsible for any damages made to balloons, rentals or props once setup is complete and our team has left.


All consultations are by appointment only. Extra fees may apply.
Please be sure to schedule your consultation at least one week in advance.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that our products are extremely fragile and should be handled with care. 
Door corners and rough surfaces could create friction and therefore cause irreversible damages. All balloons should be carefully handled by their box AND knot. Outdoor freezing or high  temperatures will damage your balloon. To prevent damages, please avoid exposure to frigid and hot temperatures as much as possible.

 

BALLÖOM is not responsible for atmospherical damages or explosion

once order has been delivered.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

BALLÖOM requests the right to use any photo or video taken on assignment for self-promotion, in all forms of social media. Unless unauthorized by client, any photo or video taken with a smartphone may be used on BALLÖOM's social media channels as part of our portfolio.
